Learn Self-Massage Techniques

Survive Daily Life With More Patience

Learn self-massage and self-care techniues for new mothers and others coping with stress, pain, and tension as they work or care for others.  Learn the skills that make living more enjoyable with techniques that can be used while spending time with others, or used alone to bring more restful sleep and a stronger, healthier body.  Questions are gladly welcome and children may attend as well.

Last Thursday of the month from 3 - 4 pm in Room 1

Massage Class Teacher

This free public self-massage class is a benefit to the community and strives to build stronger, healthier lives through teaching and advocating self-care.  Julie, the class leader, has been a body-worker for over 15 years.  She has practiced and taught self-care techniques for 28 years, and has raised 2 kind, happy and compassionate children.
